Pros

I started out as PT customer success associate with Copyhackers and throughout the years have had numerous opportunities to upskill and grow my career with the company. Since I started here I've seen much growth within the organization, things like 1. Every 7th week off 2. Healthcare coverage 3. training when it fits my/teams growth 4. Quick access to everyone on the team if I ever need to talk about anything (including with the CEO Joanna) 5. top of the line new tools (macbook, monitor etc.) 6. Oh ya , great Pay! I've had a lot of different careers from my own companies, to film, sales and construction and I must say I am staying with Copyhackers because of the values of the organization and team, the great work/life balance, the new challenges that come up and the training to go along with those challenges and the compensation. For me, Copyhackers is an awesome place to work!

Cons

The only major con I can think of in working for Copyhackers is the fact that we are a team that is spread out across North America so the opportunities to actually see your co-workers is limited (but we have had off-site retreats).

Pros

I’ve been with Copyhackers for a couple of years now and I’m still so grateful to be a part of this amazing team. The individual team members are top-notch and make for a very collaborative environment. I’ve seriously never worked with a more supportive team in my career. New ideas are always encouraged, heard and explored. So opportunity for growth in this company is constant. I’ve also been given additional training that I requested to help me with my role. Not only was it paid for, but I was also able to work on my training during work hours. And that’s not it. Here are a few more perks working with Copyhackers: - 3 weeks vacation / year - Every 7th week off to give the team time to recharge (ON TOP of vacation time. Yep - for real!) - Healthcare spending account - Multiple generous bonuses throughout the year - Flexible schedules. I’ve had to alter my schedule multiple times for appointments etc. and it has never been an issue - The best tech - my workstation has been upgraded multiple times (MacBook, extra monitors and wireless accessories) I’m only a couple years in, but I plan to be with Copyhackers for many years to come!

Cons

The CH team is spread out so we don't get to see one another in person on a consistent basis. But we make the most out of our Zoom meetings to maintain communication and transparency. And had our first post-COVID team retreat at The Banff Springs Hotel earlier this year!

Pros

I have a background in big tech companies, so I know what it's like as a creative / copywriter to work 60+ hr weeks and watch others take credit for your work. That doesn't happen here. The CEO enforces 40-hr workweeks and gives us ever seventh week off, and she decided to do that because she wanted every 7th week off but didn't want to leave us to do the work while she was gone. So she gave us all that time off, too. We have a good healthcare spending account. We get our birthdays off. We get two weeks off at Christmas. I've never had so much vacation time or relaxation time. I have the freedom to try on a lot of hats, which is good because I don't feel like I'm getting tired of the work. We also have really happy customers that we keep making new products for, which they love. And the brand is well respected in our space.

Cons

The team is remote, so it's hard to feel connected somedays. The healthcare account is good to cover things like braces outright except that leaves me with $0 to cover prescriptions and other things. Might be worth a traditional healthcare plan for employees. Product launches are exhausting.
