Pros
It was great to be able to have freelance fully remote work. There was very little micromanaging and all of my supervisors were awesome.
Cons
The pay was only just decent and for some heavier writing projects was on the low end imho. When I was getting paid weekly that was a bonus I was willing to trade for the lower pay rates. But then it shifted to Net-30 and sometimes Net-90 payouts and this was from approval not submission. Not sure how they can retain staff that way. I had to find a job that pays biweekly at least although I never formally quit so I may still be on their contractor list.
