Very good leadership. Creative Director and Founder are very driven, kind, and capable. Promote positive values, hard work, and a team culture.

Work is very inconsistent. Usually either have nothing to work on in the office, or suddenly swamped with everything under short deadlines. JCs paid hourly, must log all hours to certain accounts even though most days many hours go by with nothing to work on. Still end up working very late to meet deadlines/last minute projects. Underpaid for time, no OT, and have to spend late hours at office.
