The culture is amazing and schedules are super flexible. My management has been beyond accommodating for emergencies and encourages us to take time when we need it. The health coverage for a single person is absolutely the best being offered in the business. I cannot overstate the value of the benefits package as a single adult.

There’s no paternity/maternity leave options for new parents other than burning PTO and using short term disability. For as much as this company cares about their workers, this is a huge blind spot. Combined with the cost hike in the insurance for family coverage, it almost feels discriminatory.

Work life balance, steady hours, plenty of holidays and paid time off.

Less understanding to family needs above an immediate supervisor. Very clicky, and it is better to be an extrovert to work and advance.
