Too much work to do

Pay was slightly over the average, but not enough hours.

Terrible nightclub, worse management. No value is placed on staff retention. "Full time" staff might only get 12 hours a week. One manager physically assaulted junior staff members. Another manager sexually harasses junior staff members. No action is taken against either by senior management. High staff turnover.
