Poorly mismanaged - Contractor Yard Copp's Buildall Employee Review

The work day and the overall work environment depends on what you work as. I worked as a drywall carrier for about 2 weeks and I hated my life. The intense 8-10 hour work days including carrying 500 pieces of drywall was not something I was used to physically and it was horrible. The pay for that is so bad and it was not worth it and thats when I switched to customer service. Customer service is pretty chill if the weather is good. If the weather sucks, then prepare to have a terrible day. coworkers are pretty chill and good to talk to. Management is okay I guess.
