Small, close, and caring team. Company culture is great. Fantastic benefits all around. Good client relationships. Ability to work on challenging problems and learn from the rest of the engineering team. Real pleasure to be apart of Copious.

The office is pretty small. Small team (putting this in the cons as well as there is not a ton of room for growth, still a great team).

Cons
Small teams have their pros and cons. The design team is small at the moment which presents its challenges, however I have no doubt that the design team will continue to grow in the future.
