      Pros

      Phenomenal team. Incredible mission. Challenging problems to solve. The ability to constantly improve and hone my skills and talents and use them for the greater good is something I've always wanted to be able to do. The team values constant improvement and quick learning and provides generous opportunities for growth.

      Great team, focused on employee satisfaction scores

      Cons

      The usual bs; employee satisfaction is not consistently a priority. Internal politics just like any tech company. Overworked and underpaid. "Family" mentality.
