      -willing to train newcomers to the industry -extensive benefits -flexibility in working remotely -they have regularly kept me afloat through my animation career even in tough times for everyone in the field

      Cons

      -could be more social stuff for crew like in the old days (halloween parties, christmas parties, etc).
