No opportunities to existing employees who have experience and knowledge of the company, They hire and promote new employees directly into managerial positions, while the rest of the team is doing all the work. There are employees who consistently underperform or do not perform at all, but due to the lack of proper evaluation, nothing changes. Succeeding and getting promoted depend on having a good relationship with management and not on performance or skills.
