COPE is a non-profit grief and healing organization dedicated to helping parents and families living with the loss of a child. As Executive Director of COPE, you are really making a difference in the lives of bereaved families. The management structure is flat, the staff very compassionate and the board, to whom you report, are top-notch people.

Because the job was a work-from-home situation and because the members of the organization have intense grief, the job lacks some home life-work life boundaries.
