      Pros

      Decent starting pay depending on your experience and position. You get to see and sometimes drive all types of vehicles and motorcycles. Working with your hands. Monday through Friday only.

      Cons

      If there are not enough people at your yard, like mine, the workload gets massive and it doubles in the winter. Management expects too much to be done with such a small amount of people. Office and yard workers don't see eye to eye, making your job extremely harder. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
