Pros

Regrettably, there were no beneficial aspects to working for this company.

Cons

The management exhibited terrible behavior, frequently resorting to aggressive communication with the staff. Achieving a work-life balance was impossible, as overtime was consistently mandatory, often resulting in extended working hours of 2 to 3 hours. Furthermore, even after being off-duty, the impact of work persisted. The turn over rate was also at an all time high.

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
