decent benefits, m-f. The job itself, once learned, is fine.
Cons
They need to hold their managers accountable for their toxic behaviors. How do you come back from FMLA and be told that you were on "vacation". How do you continue to employ people who would prefer that you come in to work, sweating, throwing up sick because they are out of PTO? It is not a great place to work. If you don't drink the Kool aid you become the object of someone's undivided attention and if you try to ask for reasonable assistance you get terminated. Yep. Nope.
