Thanks for your post. I wanted to respond to your comment about there being no management training as we have been investing a fair amount in the training of managers, supervisors, and manager trainees and recognize that doing so is necessary to equip our managers with the tools to lead their teams. We do, however, empower employees to seek solutions as well. I'm sorry that you've decided to not recommend Copart and am unclear as to your particular situation due to the limited information provided in your post. I welcome your feedback on specific items/issues/events that resulted in your choosing that rating and you can contact me directly at rory.seidens@copart.com if you'd like to set up a time to visit. Thanks again for taking time to post. Rory Seidens Vice President, Human Resources Copart, Inc.

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
