Cons
Tremendous amount or pressure, quantity of tasks are impossible. Company needs to find it's focus at the operations level. Remove or streamline tasks from ops management. The "revered" technology is killing the field. When the company was true to "8-5" schedule the pay and stress were fair. No amount of pay van compensate for the stress at current levels.
