the company is awesome yet politics play a huge roll in the length of your employment(you will have problems if you attempt to better yourself
Cons
I can personally say my immediate supervisor made my job much more difficult then necessary, my supervisor was HORRIBLY verbally abusive at my yard to co-workers and even customers, it boggled my mind as to why the GM NEVER stepped in to correct the supervisors actions instead of sitting back and letting tempers flare and run its coares... all your hard work, staying late, coming in early, staying dedicated will mean nothing when you make the least little mistake. REMEMBER it's a business and not your family, I was employed there for years, I loved copart but I was let go got the mistake I made many others did as well, I guess race actually might do matters...I personally believe a class action suit is looming
