Old school filing system and outdated processes Pay wasn't worth the amount of responsibilities they throw at you especially in California Blatant sexism in favoring women from the CFO. Initially the "job itself" was great but I was the only male in the office and I was singled out on several occasions. I did my job quick and good, everyone slacked off, the women got free passes to be as annoying as they wanted, but I was reprimanded, threatened, scolded if I did any of the same behaviors as they did. Extremely toxic work environment for a man. Im sure they'll know who wrote this because I literally was the only male
