      Many of the long-standing employees are truly fantastic.

      Cons

      Newly promoted leaders do not have the skill set to lead, but instead micromanage and are more task masters vs true leaders. Benefits, including health insurance costs/coverage are a joke.

      Sales team driven. Limited career advancement opportunities. Value loud and outspoken staff than recognizing real contributors. Very white and old boys club. 100% return to office
