Pros
- Amazing co-workers, managers, and executives - In my opinion, It's easy to be passionate and enthusiastic about the work they are doing at CooperVision - Everyday there is something new you learn regargless of your job title, age, or previous experience - The Cooper Companies takes care of their employees; there's always events, get togethers, and team building exercises
Cons
- Very lean company, therefore the workload can be overbearing at times - I personally get the feeling that it can be hard to move up - Different departments don't always see eye to eye on initiatives & ideas
