Pros
One of the best workplaces. Really good people who treat each other with outstanding respect. Really interesting processes and high levels of technical opportunity which other companies don’t always leave room for.
Cons
With low turn over the progression pathways aren’t clear. No real benefits to speak of, hard to get skills and training gaps closed. A bit too risk averse for my tastes.
