      Pros

      Campus is beautiful and the staff generally care for the residents.

      Cons

      The acuity can get high at times and the census goes up and down. However, this is the nature of residential treatment facilities.

      There was some support but for a mental health agency there seemed to be little tolerance for employees to access their own mental health support
