Pros

Strict standards, friendly co-workers, good location, good training for "core knowledge" of profession, aspirations to excellence, fair raises and fair bonuses, great compensation when compared to other offices.

Cons

Too many partners, too much pressure between to compete for attention from senior partners. Once you start in one studio, it is very hard to switch to a different specialty within the office. This is good and bad. Good because you maintain "core knowledge" bad if you want to make a career shift.

Pros

Interesting work and wide range of project types. Nice size firm (30-35 people). Flexible hybrid work policy. Great people.

Cons

Not many. The current generation of leadership is different from the founding partners, which means that like many legacy firms, there are some issues around identity. Relatively small firm size means remote work has hurt office culture more than it may have at other firms.

Pros

Love the company, my bosses. They are open to discussing any questions or concerns or just in general approachable while still being very professional which is a plus.

Cons

For my position even though they welcome me wanting to learn about architecture and growing in that area if I want to, there is not much room for growth for my position in the Administrative world so much. But it is a very light con.
