Very good with working with you when life happens, top notch education with regards to teaching you about your job. Easy going work environment.
Cons
You will be working in adverse weather conditions so if you don't like to do that being a technician is not for you, also you get up close and personal with a variety of pests so if you can't mentally get over that,this job is not for you
