Most of the staffing firms in Austin (or those that claim to be with fake office fronts) practice "submit and forget". And once you get on with the client, the only time you hear from them is when it's time to collect time sheets. With Cooper, I have regular interactions with the Recruiting Manager, HR, and the president of the company. Concerns and issues are addressed in a timely manner and as a team.
