Poor management, abusive - Customer Assistant Coop Employee Review

abusive management, very little break time for the amount of hours. 7 hr shift = 20 minute break from standing up and moving all day. Too few staff members per station causing you to be overworked. Management talks badly behind your back. I've heard my line manager tell other staff members that I'm a liability 2 months into the role. Without me actually having performed badly. Shouted at for minor things, etc etc.
