      1. On time salary that's it

      1. Pathetic working style (No strategy..nothing) 2. Office politics at it's best. If you can lick it you can rise quicker than the blink of the eye. 3. There is no learning opportunity now, if you had come 2 years earlier there would have been so much for you.

      Start up feel, great opportunity to learn new things and try different areas of the business. Result driven but fair for work/life balance

      Cons

      Highly competitive environment and industry leading to high stress in the work place at times. Lacking of US industry and HR practices.
