Pros

There are some people left that are great. The product is great.

Cons

Men running the business that see people merely as transactions and have zero empathy or knowledge on how to effectively run a HEALTHY business and keep people happy. Large numbers of incredible talent across all departments left in 2021/2022 due to this lack of people centered leadership. In addition, very poor business decisions have been made that exemplify what happens when leadership doesn’t know all aspects of the business doesn't include the people that have the core industry experience to effectively create ideas that make sense for the business. The people that do speak up are looked down upon and unsupported. The new female CBO reports into a man that doesn’t allow her to have the full chance to turn the company around to the healthy state it once was with happy employees. The patriarch is fear led. It’s very sad. This is a company on a mission to provide the best sun protection and on the sidelines is providing awful standards in a job place. That is not an authentic wellness company!

Pros

Honestly not many pros come to mind

Cons

Where to begin. The chief brand officer is not bright and terrible at his job. HR is a one woman show who also runs the customer care department with no certification. The girls spend most of their time talking about their co workers and complaining. If you try to just stay quiet and not suck up to the chiefs you get fired. The “leadership” is a bad joke. You have maybe 2 people that come from apparel and they are treated like they don’t know what they are doing. It’s like working in the twilight zone. The direction changes every other month. It’s traumatic and abusive and one of these days they will get sued. The chief expects you to attend his little events that just waste money on the weekends and if you don’t want to go you are punished/let go. They love to play the blame game but in reality the chief Sebastian is running the company into the ground and quickly.
