Can't think of any cons!

Great Benefits, Paid Holidays, Vacation time and good coworkers (Some).

The upper management is so terrible. They're so unorganized and dysfunctional. They're so rude especially the supervisor there. They CANNOT and I repeat CANNOT communicate to save their lives. They aren't informative about certain changes and reading the schedule is such a pain. Again the place to me is terrible honestly. The upper management is so bad and they're extremely rude. The Supervisor told my coworker with extreme attitude and rudeness straight to his face after asking a simple question about the schedule to ''Suck it up or leave, we can replace you. If you don't like it then leave''. this was during his first week of working. who says that to a new higher for only simply asking a question? I don't know why he was so rude but it's unacceptable.
