      Good colleagues. Decent pay. Some of the health initiatives are nice. We get a subsidy for a gym membership.

      Some secretaries do A LOT more work than others. No room for advancement.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
