      Pros

      Shop floor work 4 day weeks, office 4.5 days (11am Friday finish). Good atmosphere and always busy with plenty to do. New benefits just introduced such as private healthcare and health cash plans.

      Cons

      Some work to be done on improving workflow, but this is in the process now

      Job aspects, variety, satisfaction. Busy periods. Work colleagues (friendly). Overtime (optional but sometimes pressured) but if wanted, regularly available.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance. Wage structure/progression. Organisation and communication. H&S and ISO standards needed some TLC.
