Pros
This company is the meaning of the saying "you reap what you sow.” From the employees to the business itself. The reason why I say this is because the amount of energy, enthusiasm and hard work you put into your position is reflected later on.
Amazing Co-workers. Very nice a lot of the times and helpful but they need their space to get their work done. Part of my responsibilities is to mess around with the toys they manufacture. Free lunches and happy hour provided monthly. Company benefits dental, vision and health comes later after you work here for sometime. The thing I value the most about this company is the amount of different work I get to do. I learn a lot about a field with every new project handed to me. So if you’re willing to grow as an individual then this is the place to be, if not you might want to try other companies that'll put you in one position for the rest of your career.
Cons
Work environment is very fast pace. Tasks and deadlines are somewhat challenging at times but if you’re a person who knows how to prioritize and your good at your craft then you belong here. Again it’s about how much you want to grow as a person.
