      Cons

      They'll prioritize their full-time staff. Which means sometimes they will cancel the shifts for the part-time to give to the full time

      Pros

      when its busy its bussyyyyyy, great compensation for the amount of work. The more experience you have in the industry, the more you will excel at this job. can choose how much I work, where I wanna work and when I wanna work. Great boss who looks out for you and makes sure you have everything you need to succeed at the job.

      Cons

      As with any agency work, there are high seasons and low seasons, just have to prepare for the lows.
