Pros

Good pay and great training. Company provides uniforms, work vehicle, and all equipment needed for the job.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Operational decisions are being made by corporate middle managers that are becoming increasingly detached from field work. Management has a short memory of any good you do but a very long memory for any mistakes you make. I used to love my job. I used to take pride in the logo on my uniform. I used to feel like supervisors and managers were on my side. What was once a collaborative and supportive work environment has morphed into a cold and hostile work place. I used to advocate for this company as an employer but can no longer do so after the way I have seen them treat tenured technicians and managers. Do not work here. They will use you and exploit you until you are mentally and physically worn and beaten down and then they will toss you aside like last week's garbage.
