Pros

Training is fairly thorough as promised. Great job for someone who doesn’t know any better. If you are having problems at home, this is a good place to work because you will not be there much.

Cons

This is a hustle culture job more akin to being a gig worker than anything. Consider people lazy for not wanting to work 60 hours a week while grinding it out on the streets. Has a “one way only” mindset of doing things. Like most companies that proclaim they are faith based, you will work your a** for small reward.
