Pros
Competitive wages, lots of overtime available. There’s lots of room for growth, and someone could start at nothing amd make a career here. My manager (maintenance) is pretty competent and seems to have the best interest of the company in mind. Really awesome people in the Research & Dev department, EHS, warehouse, and admin. I think HR is better than most. There were major management problems in the past, but as the company is changing rapidly, they are making positive improvements in their leadership structure. The company resolved some major issues, to their credit.
Cons
Production and Sanitation personnel are sometimes mistreated. Not the safest place to work, but they are also making efforts to make it safer.
