Terrible place to work - Sales Cook and Waiter Employee Review

* the team i worked with were fantastic. *chefs were great

* senior management or ELT as they called themselves were micromanaging/ old fashioned values / no progression / no targets / no growth / toxic behaviour * HR not there to support you - only there to support senior management - got told on one occasion i was over reacting. * Zero support / no constructive feedback just constantly belittled.

Great working atmosphere and product

The kitchen was a bit tight but I hear they have moved
