Pros

I've been with Cook for over 4 years and honestly very grateful for my job. My supervisor has really given me a place at the table to grow into a purposeful and very satisfying role. They've done a great job at assessing my strengths to find a place where I can thrive and therefore really contribute well to the mission and goals. It's rare to find a team that listens well and strives to communicate so that we all become better, along with our product. And that's what makes me content and hoping to be at Cook long-term.

Cons

We are in a growing phase and there are always bumps along the way. However, the company is hungry to continue to get better and stronger.

Pros

The Java Spring part of the training was good but minimal. We only learned RESTful APIs with Spring Boot.

Cons

The Angular part of the course was outdated. We started with 8 students in the cohort, 1 dropped out and 7 graduated. None of the 7 were able to be placed. I felt the curriculum was outdated in the age of AI. We only learned how to build CRUD applications.
