      Pros

      The culture at CSG is amazing, I love working with the team here. The management team has excellent communication skills, and to be apart of a company that is constantly at the forefront of the industry and on the cutting edge of technology is an amazing experience.

      Cons

      There are moments where CSG can get in their own way with processes and not seeing the full picture regarding the ripple effect but they always bounce back and adjust as needed.

      - Collaborative work environment - Department head takes responsibility for his team - Connected team dynamic - Decent pay - Decent benefits - This department succeeds because of the work the employees into it I started at the bottom and was recognized for my work ethic and desire to grow and succeed. After two years became a supervisor. The leadership team in this department is by far the best I've worked with and takes great pains to keep their employees honest and happy with their jobs. Left this job to move into software development and was celebrated for the work I put into the role instead of being criticized. If you work at this company, work in the NOC.

      Plenty of work. Company let's you manage your own calls. Plenty of opportunities to expand your skill sets and the company makes sure of that.

      Sometimes the days can be long.
