      Pay rate was substantial and the bonuses felt nice

      Cons

      Too many hours with no support from higher up in the company. Hit 100 hours a week and paycheck did not reflect it... appreciation pay does not give you an actual rate

      Great Pay, benefits are good as well

      Cons

      Insane working hours, and "Fraternity" attitude from higher ups. "Holier than thou" attitudes, when they were just nepo into their positions byt their peers. Constant downtalk and diminishment of accomplishments. No help from higher ups regarding anything really.
