-High voluntary turnover rate leads to being frequently under staffed -Starting hourly pay is minimum wage -Takes time to understand a position/station & be able to perform at the desired level -Can easily turn stressful or overwhelming for a plethora of reasons -No cellphones allowed on store premises -Rowdy late night customers
