Cons: Dead end, no promotions available unless you fit in with the clique The "yearly raise" is non existent and based on metrics that change every year. Rules change all the time HR doesn't function except to snuff out employees seeking to unionize The pay is literally lowest in the entire medical device industry. I was also told to pass bad dilators while I was employed, and told by multiple fellow coworkers that it was not uncommon after refusing to pass the product.
