The company hasn't had any major layoffs in the Endoscopy division since it was founded in Winston-Salem in the 1980's.
Cons
Rising up through the company usually only happens through "putting in your time." Many managers in the company are only managers because of how long they've worked there. Also for a large company, product development efforts are painfully slow.
