Pros
The culture was outstanding! Upper management allowed all employees to give advise or help out where they enjoyed. The company allowed growth in all areas and has globally in leaps and bounds!
Cons
The normal and very typical policies that one must follow because of one or two persons not following them. Certain management had a hard time correcting just those individuals, so instead, they created for all.
