Flexible work from home environment. That's it..
Cons
Complete lack of leadership and culture. North American team takes direct orders from Chinese leadership team, who have a very inconsistent idea of the cultural differences not only in terms of being an employee, but being a client. CSM's are located in China, so the only time you can assist a client is extremely early in the morning or late in the evening. Support stinks, so as a sales person it's tough to promise someone a good experience when you know it won't be one. Cool technology, but lacking support to take it to the next level here. Work for the competition instead.
