      No Pros that I can think of... at all!

      Cons

      Family owned business... you will not get very far if you are not a family member or "suck up" to management. Treat employees like mindless sheep to boss and intimidate. The hardest most honest working employees do not get credit or promotions. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone... EVER!

      Pros

      Highly recommend Conway for those who are seeking internships as well as full time employment. The advisory office in Boston was very flexible, accommodating, and made sure the interns felt involved in the company. It is a great opportunity to get exposure to international business, economic development, and FDI.

      Cons

      Other than the office being small, there are no flaws.
