Choosing to work for this company was the worst decision of my life. The environment is very toxic and so is the upper management. COO directly runs the Data Science, Analytics and other department, which he does not have any prior knowledge of. You can never grow in your career in this company, in contrast you will be so demotivated by working here that you may accept a lower CTC than you are already getting, just to move out. No work life balance. You will be asked to work on odd hours and will be given unrealistic deadlines to complete the project. You have to work on Alternate Saturdays as well as per the policy.
