Pros
Many rewards such as good holiday pay, pension contribution, bonus scheme and annual salary reviews but they also took the time to offer little perks now and then to make us feel worth while. Such as: -Free tea and coffee -The occasional free lunch -Many social events -Free fruit and softdrinks in the office -Very accommodating for leave requests -Sometimes the ice cream man would pop buy and they'd treat us!
Cons
New office location is a bit further away from the local amenities now. Open plan office can be a bit distracting when you need to get your head down and stuck into the work, although i did prefer it in the long run.
