Pros
Overtime, set schedule, great lunch room, easy interview, nothing else.
Cons
The position is Temporary so after that we would have been unskilled trained for one week to Member Services which is nowhere near enough time to learn much of anything. At the Miramar location there was no parking available for us so we had to park at a church and then take the company's shuttle to work. I lived 15 minutes away but since I had to drive to the church I had to leave at least 35 minutes beforehand which is frustrating. For the Enrollment Specialist role, it was two weeks training. More than half the time we learned essentially nothing that was useful on the call floor which was a shame. Convey needs to revamp their training content to make it more useful. The systems and computers are also slow. While on the call with an enrollee my computer froze on multiple occassions and made loud malfunctioning sounds while the enrollee was talking. How embarassing. They need to improve their systems. They pay 11 dollars an hour yet provide a lot of overtime during the enrollment season. They have an ample amount of allotted money to pay their workers yet they rather overwork us like dogs than to pay us fairly. The cost of living in South Florida is not cheap. Lunch is only 30 minutes and to clock in and out you need to log into a computer and then go on ADP to punch in which takes a lot of time since the computers tend to crash a lot. If your shift starts at 8am you will need to be in by 7:45am to comfortably clock in. We were considered as "contractors" so we recieved no benefits at all. This is not a good company to work for.
