      Pros

      Remote work is managed very well and MB does a great job of allowing people to work independently. Co workers are usually extremely nice and there is a lot of levity when talking to them. Clients are challenging

      Cons

      Under appreciation by management. Minimal domain knowledge transfer and expectation to know everything without having a formal training session. Upper management is useless when asking for help. Asked manager multiple times for training and not once did they offer to help me themselves.

      You can learn the way to not lead a business. Remote policy is nice.

      Cons

      Too many to count. It’s sad, because I believe this was truly a good business that has been systematically run into the ground. New management has hurt the employees and customers alike. Do not take a job at this company. Seriously.
